 MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? WHY?

While some shipments can arrive early, others may experience delays due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. If your order does not arrive by 7 days from the order date, please contact us at hello@stitchxseam.com and we can help reship your order or provide a refund!

I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS? 

We ship from different parts of China using different carriers so some items may arrive sooner than others. Also, often times some packages experience shipping delays, while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us at hello@stitchxseam.com with your name and order number.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 

If you plan on gifting one of our items, we do not recommend ordering during the month when the occasion is happening, as there is a risk of the item(s) not arriving on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
